The example home

The example home stores its records and files in the current tab’s memory. It does not upload them to our API or save them in browser storage. Leaving the example or closing the tab loses those changes. You can download a backup if you want a copy.

Cloud accounts

Microsoft Entra External ID handles cloud account authentication. KeepMyHouseOrganised stores your household records in Azure Cosmos DB and uploaded PDFs and images in private Azure Blob Storage. The API checks the signed-in account before allowing access. Sign in with your KeepMyHouseOrganised account to access the same records on your devices.

Files and backups

Files may contain receipts, addresses, serial numbers and other personal information. Only upload what you need. Backups include household records and attachments; protect those downloads and remove copies you no longer need. Deleting household data does not delete your identity-provider account. Cosmos DB keeps seven days of recovery history, and deleted attachment blobs have seven-day soft deletion. Privileged recovery and downloaded copies are separate from in-app deletion.

On this device

The installable app caches its public interface, scripts and fonts. It does not deliberately cache private API responses or attachments in its service worker. Authentication tokens use memory storage. Records already open in the tab remain visible while it is open, including when offline; sign out on shared devices.

Website requests

Hosting and identity providers receive ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to operate the service. The public homepage and home-care guides load Google AdSense, which may use cookies or similar technologies and process connection information according to applicable consent choices. The private household workspace, this privacy page and error pages do not load advertising scripts. Where applicable, Privacy and cookie settings in the public-page footer reopens Google’s consent message. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Household records and files are not intentionally sent to advertising APIs. No separate third-party analytics or external font scripts are included. KeepMyHouseOrganised does not offer AI document scanning or send household information to an AI service.

Controls and contact

You can export records, download a full backup, delete individual records and clear household data in Your home. KeepMyHouseOrganised is built by Team Psynapse; use its contact information for privacy enquiries. Hosting uses Azure Static Web Apps and a serverless API in West Europe, with household records in Cosmos DB in UK South and private attachment storage in West Europe. To request deletion of your customer sign-in identity, contact Team Psynapse; clearing household data removes the app records but keeps the sign-in identity.
